This is a solicitation for the procurement of FAA-certified spare parts (FAA Form 8130-3 required) for a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) to Canada. The quantity has been increased from one to two units, and only new manufacture items from government-approved sources will be considered. No IUID marking is required because these non-CLSSA FMS assets are owned by the customer country and will not enter the U.S. DoD supply chain. A higher-level quality requirement (AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent) applies, and a 12-month warranty is specified. Offerors must submit an authorized distributor letter if acting as a distributor, and no drawings are available for this requirement.
