This is a proposed non-competitive, single-source contract action for a commercial, off-the-shelf part. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source but will consider expressions of interest or capability statements from other responsible sources. Proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered. Interested parties may also identify their capability to provide a commercial alternative within 15 days of the notice.
