This is a solicitation for newly manufactured spare parts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer countries, where the assets will never be owned by or delivered to the U.S. Department of Defense. The parts will be delivered to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder under contract by the FMS customer for shipment to the country of record. Offers will only be accepted from government-approved sources of supply, and any distributors must provide an authorization letter at the time of proposal submission. The requirement for Item Unique Identification and Valuation (IUID) has been waived for these specific non-CLSSA FMS assets.
