This solicitation is for the procurement of new, commercially available aircraft components that meet specific form, fit, and function requirements. All delivered components must be accompanied by a properly executed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate. Offerors must provide documentation supporting the commerciality of their items and, if they are a distributor, proof of authorization from an approved source. The contract requires a standard commercial warranty and technical support. Only offers for newly manufactured spares from approved sources or their authorized distributors will be considered technically acceptable.
