61--BATTERY POWER SUPPL
This solicitation is for the procurement of new, commercially available aircraft components that meet specific form, fit, and function requirements. A mandatory requirement is that all delivered components be accompanied by a properly executed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate. Offerors must be government-approved sources of supply, and any distributors must provide an authorization letter from the approved source with their proposal. The components require a standard commercial warranty and must be traceable from the original manufacturer. Offers for refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material are ineligible for award.
