This solicitation is for the procurement of new, commercially available aircraft components that meet specific form, fit, and function requirements. Offerors must provide documentation proving the commerciality of their items and demonstrate they are an approved source or an authorized distributor of one. A key requirement is that all delivered components must be accompanied by a properly executed FAA Form 8130-3 Authorized Release Certificate. The components must come with a standard commercial warranty and applicable technical support. Offers for refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material are ineligible for award.

This is a commercial, off-the-shelf item procurement where the Government intends to negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond. Proposals received within 45 days (or 30 days under an existing BOA) from the synopsis publication will be considered. Interested parties may also identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of the notice.
