The parts must meet AS/EN/JISQ 9100 quality standards and will be shipped to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder for delivery to the customer country. Offers will only be accepted from government-approved sources or their authorized distributors, who must provide proof of authorization. The parts require a 12-month warranty.

This is a solicitation for a single, commercial off-the-shelf, flight-critical part that requires Government source approval prior to contract award. Only previously approved sources have been solicited, and the approval process for a new source is typically too lengthy to delay an award. Unapproved sources must submit a detailed source approval request package along with their proposal to be considered. The delivery terms are FOB Origin. Performance is contingent upon the Government's evaluation of source approval and the urgency of Fleet support needs.
