This is a solicitation for the supply of newly manufactured, FAA-certified aircraft spare parts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer countries. The parts must possess an FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag and offers from non-government-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable. A key requirement is that suppliers must meet the AS/EN/JISQ 9100 quality standard or an equivalent. The work involves delivery to a domestic U.S. freight forwarder under contract by the FMS customer. The parts are non-CLSSA FMS assets owned solely by the customer countries and will never enter the U.S. Department of Defense supply chain.
