16--APS PALLET
This is a solicitation for newly manufactured, FAA-certified aircraft spares for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases for Canada and Germany. The work requires compliance with the AS/EN/JISQ 9100 quality standard or equivalent. A key requirement is that parts must be sourced from government-approved suppliers, and distributors must provide an authorization letter at the time of proposal submission. The parts are non-CLSSA FMS assets that will be owned by the customer countries and shipped from a U.S. freight forwarder, so Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking is not required. The warranty requirement is 12 months, with a 45-day period to report defects after discovery.
