Offers from non-government-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable, and any distributors must provide an authorization letter from the approved source at the time of proposal submission. The contract includes a warranty of 12 months or 45 days after discovery of a defect for supplies of a noncomplex nature. Quality requirements mandate compliance with AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or an equivalent standard. Payment will be processed using Wide Area Workflow with a 2-in-1 invoice and receiving report.
