Distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer’s letterhead to the buyer at proposal submission. Supplies must meet an AS/EN/JISQ 9100 or equivalent higher-level quality requirement and carry a 12-month warranty, with defects reported within 45 days of discovery.
