This is a Request for Quotation for supplies under applicable FAR/DFARS clauses, with no drawings available. Offerors must be government-approved sources of supply; distributors of approved sources must email an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer at proposal submittal. The requirement includes ISO 9000 or equivalent quality standards and a one-year warranty from delivery, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery. Based on market research, FAR Part 12 commercial-item policies are not being used, but interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item.
