This is an Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF/SEPA) solicitation requiring ISO 9000 or equivalent quality and Wide Area Workflow payment instructions. Drawings are not available, and offers from non-government-approved sources will be deemed technically unacceptable. Distributors of approved sources must email an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact with their offer. FMS delivery and shipping instructions are TBD, and the item carries a one-year warranty from date of delivery, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery.
