This DLA solicitation is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) authority and requires ISO 9000 or equivalent quality standards. Drawings are not available for the Request for Quotation, and offers from non-government-approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. Distributors of approved sources must provide an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer point of contact. The warranty covers supplies for one year from the date of delivery and requires discovery of defects within 45 days. FMS delivery and shipping instructions are marked TBD.
