This procurement is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) authority. Drawings are not available, and only government-approved sources of supply are eligible; offers from non-approved sources will be technically unacceptable. Distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on the source’s letterhead to the buyer via email. The warranty of supplies is one year from date of delivery, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. The effort includes FMS delivery and shipping instructions and Wide Area Workflow payment instructions, with certain details marked TBD.
