This is a solicitation for newly manufactured spare parts under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, where the assets will be owned and shipped directly to the customer country and will never enter the U.S. DoD supply chain. The work requires compliance with a higher-level quality requirement equivalent to ISO 9001. Performance requires the use of the Workflow Pro (WFP) Mod Assist Module for invoicing and includes a warranty requirement of 12 months.
