This is a government procurement for newly manufactured spare parts, with performance requiring ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards. The requirement is issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, and all quotes must be from Government-approved sources of supply, with distributors providing authorization letters. The parts are for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, will never be owned by the U.S. Government or enter the DoD supply chain, and are therefore exempt from Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking. A warranty of 12 months is required.
