This shall serve as the synopsis notice DLA-Aviation Philadelphia for the Increment for a total of two (2) DLRs NIINs/items in support of the KC46 Pegasus Commercial Common Depot Level Repairables (DLRs). This increment will be added to the base period of the KC-46 Commercial Common contract. The initial KC-46 Commercial Common DLRs contract SPRPA1-22-F-0LB5 (a 3 year base period with 2 ,1-year option period) was awarded on April 6, 2022 as a subsumable against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract with The Boeing Company, cage code 0PXV4. The BCOI contract represents a performance-based supply chain management program to support Boeing aviation platforms (AV-8B, C-17, CH-37, F/A-18, F-15, KC-135, B-52, B-1, E-3, AGM-84/86, P-8, and KC-46). This contract includes wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, sustaining engineering. A complete list of the increment two items/NIINs is attached. The anticipated contract for the increment will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support.
