DLA Aviation Philadelphia will solicit for a renewal contract with Boeing to execute a comprehensive and holistic performance based supply chain management program to support the P-8 aircraft. The acquisition of performance-based support will be under the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-22-D-001U, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor will be required to fill DoD and FMS customer requisitions for the attached list of 6,173 P-8 National Stock Numbers. The NSNs are comprised of consumable material. The P-8 requirement is for a three (3) year base with one three(3) year Option Period.
