DLA is requesting Firm Fixed Pricing for a period of 2 Years for STOCK (STK) CLIN 0001 under the Bell Captains of Industry (COI) Contract SPE4AX-17-D-9410. The two-year pricing for the STK CLIN will be effective on 14 APR 2023 and is valid for 2 years with an expiration date of 13 APR 2025. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to contract with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). DLA-Aviation can only receive Source Approval Requests (SAR) through DoDSafe link due to internet/web safety concerns per Engineering. To submit your SAR, please send an email to: dlaavnsmallbus@dla.mil, subject line "request a SAR drop off". Include CAGE code, the NSN, and the email address where you want to receive the DoDSafe link. After we receive your email request, a DoDSafe drop off will be returned, where you can download your SAR file and return. DLA Aviation at Philadelphia will solicit a proposal for the acquisition of award of additional work, in support of FMS Japan, to the current contract, SPE4AX-19-D-9410 SPRPA1-22-F-CD01. This support will include the acquisition of performance based logistics and engineering support, as follows – in-service engineering and logistics support; product support management, including obsolescence and configuration management; supply chain forecasting; maintenance planning and supportability analysis; support of technical data; site activation and facilities support; training and trainer support; and sustainment of Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) in support of the V-22 Weapons System. DLA seeks to execute a comprehensive and holistic performance based supply chain management program to support the V-22 platform. Under this comprehensive and holistic approach the contractor will be responsible to specifically support the USAF (United States Air Force), CV-22. The immediate requirement adds the upgrade and support of the Yokota Japan CV FFS 7 Simulator. The requirement will include the procurement of the various material and travel associated with install. The upgrade will include installation of TSS 20.4.01 (JASS 5.11.4), ACOE FRD 17 Updated, DRLMS/SIRFC FRD 17 Updated, Host SW FRD 17 Updated, and Centralized Cyber Security Management System (CCSMS - IA Backup Server) / Scanning.
