As follows: POP 1 5/11/2023 – 5/10/2024 POP 2 5/11/2024 – 5/10/2025 POP 3 5/11/2025 – 5/10/2026 POP 4 5/11/2026 – 5/10/2027 POP 5 5/11/2027 – 5/10/2028 The proposal will be in accordance with the base terms and conditions. The subject requirement will be proposed in accordance with FAR 52.215-20 Requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data and Data Other than Certified Cost or Pricing Data Alternate I (Nov 2021). Please propose using the same format that is currently in place for the base period: Unit Price, Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), Extended Price, Lead Time, Minimum Buys and Monthly Capacity.
