DLA Aviation Philadelphia intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (5) five year base period and five (5) one year options requirements contract for the acquisition of aircraft accessories, equipment, bearings, and miscellaneous components to be used on C-130, KC-135, C-5, and E-3A aircrafts. Potential sources must have source approval in order to be eligible for award. Please note that only one (1) approved source will be considered for this award. Potential sources also must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. The contracts POC for this synopsis is Brett Killen (Brett.Killen@dla.mil). Pricing will be evaluated based on the best estimated quantity of annual demand.
