This shall serve as a notice to synopsize the B1 (Upper FIF Replacement) Transactional Support NIINs/items. This be added to the as a separate CLIN as a subsumable against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract SPRPA114D002U with The Boeing Company, cage code 0PXV4. The BCOI contract represents a performance based supply chain management program to support Boeing aviation platforms (AV-8B, C-17, CH-37, F/A-18, F-15, KC-135, B-52, B-1, E-3, AGM-84/86, P-8, and KC-46). This contract includes wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, sustaining engineering. This is a FAA certified aircraft. The anticipated contract for the transactional support will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support. The B-1 requirement is for 18 of each main kit and three (3) of the FIF mortality kit.
