This shall serve as a notice to synopsize support for additional items to be added to an existing contract from November 19, 2024 through November 18, 2028. Additional items are for a total of 156 NIINs/items in support of the AH64/CH47 Global Support effort. The intention is to obtain this support through exercise of the unpriced option under the present AH64/CH47 Global Support contract SPRPA120D005U (a 5 year base period with one 4 year option period) which was awarded in November 2020 as a subsumable against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract SPRPA114D002U with The Boeing Company, cage code 0PXV4. The BCOI contract represents a performance based supply chain management program to support Boeing aviation platforms (AV-8B, C-17, CH-37, F/A-18, F-15, KC-135, B-52, B-1, E-3, AGM-84/86, P-8, and KC-46). This contract includes wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, sustaining engineering. A complete list of the items/NIINs to added is attached. The market basket for the initial contract was originally synopsized prior to award of the base contract via FEDBIZOPSS as well as again on 01 December 2022. Present synopsis of the option period uses the same SPRPA120D005U subsumable reference. This is the first synopsis for 156 of the items (not on the present contract). The anticipated option will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support. Boeing will be required to fill DoD customer requisitions for the Stock Numbers in the market basket (NSNs) (See Attached Market Basket for this increment).
