The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: NSN 7RH 1620-01-268-4219 LU, part number 65265-02007-046, Landing Gear and the H53 item it is used on or supports. The Government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required manufacture of the item. Neither drawings nor Technical Data package are not available for this item. All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after the date of publication of this Sources Sought Notice may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Only approved sources will be solicited, and source approval may be required. DLA Aviation Philadelphia will not delay award while source approval is pending.
