The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: NSN: 7RH-1680-016193389, P/N: 716411-2, ROLL SERVOMECHANISM, and the P8 the item is used on or supports. The Government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required manufacture of the item. All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
