DLA intends to exercise the Five-Year Option Period per H01 of the Bell Captains of Industry Contract (COI) SPE4AX-17-D-9410 for Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) 0002 (SPRPA1-20-D-9401) and CLIN 0003 (SPRPA1-20-D-9402). The Option Period will be effective from 29 September 2025 until 28 September 2030. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. If you are not an approved source, you must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). DLA-Aviation can only receive Source Approval Requests (SAR) through DoDSafe link due to internet/web safety concerns per Engineering. To submit your SAR, please send an email to: dlaavnsmallbus@dla.mil, subject line "request a SAR drop off". Include CAGE code, the NSN, and the email address where you want to receive the DoDSafe link. After we receive your email request, a DoDSafe drop off will be returned, where you can download your SAR file and return. Interested Suppliers can also contact Bell at https://www.bellflight.com/suppliers#steps. Bell is the current awardee for contract SPE4AX-17-D-9410. The attached list contains both Commercial (433) and Non-Commercial (2,273) parts that are covered under this Option Period. If additional parts are subsequently added as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. It should be noted that two part numbers (P/N) have been made obsolete in this effort and have a new part number and NIIN. The following two parts are: Obsolete NIIN – 014318197 New NIIN- 014530554 2. Obsolete NIIN- 014483555 New NIIN- 014516004 If a part is labeled “03” or “06” in the attached Critical Safety Column (CSI) column, this means CSI/CAI item 03 is Navy and 06 is Airforce.
