This is a proposal request letter SPRPA1-23-R-002U, for the addition of AH-64 & H-47 Depot Support Option and Increment One on the Boeing Corporate Contract. The resultant performance-based proposal will be in accordance with the base contract terms and conditions; attached SOW and its enclosures 1 – 3. The period of performance will be for a total of four (4) years from the date of award. The requirements end date for the AH-64 & H-47 is November 18, 2024. Request you provide pricing and delivery in accordance with the aforementioned corporate contract to this office no later than 29 December 2023. Alternate pricing will not be acceptable for this effort (52.215-20 Alt 1). Also request the proposal will include a complete and signed DFARS 252.215-7009 checklist (MAR 2023) for the prime and subcontractors.
