The Navy requires manufacture of a PROPORTIONER,PRESS to the design represented by CAGE 07524, reference S-4568 X2NFM-TB, as a CASREP high-priority mission-essential equipment requirement with absolute best delivery required. Drawings and technical data are not available, and any design/material/part-number substitutions or production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval; production facility changes also require a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs. Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and offered part number, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, with inspection and acceptance at source, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and electronic invoicing/receiving reports must be submitted through PIEE-WAWF.
