This is a source-controlled item: only previously approved sources were solicited, and unsolicited suppliers must submit proof of prior approval, similar production experience, test data, or other qualification evidence for evaluation. Offerors not manufacturing the item must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, and award will be made only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item with signed company-letterhead proof. Evaluation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, with compliance requirements including MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, ANSI/ESD S20.20 controls, and inspection/acceptance; production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction. Contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and waiver/deviation requests go to the Government QAR for comment and forwarding to the post-award PCO within five working days.
