Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and offered part number, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. The contractor is responsible for inspection and must keep complete inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery; production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction.
