This is a total small-business set-aside procurement for manufacture of a pressure dial gage to the specified CAGE/reference-number design; no drawings or technical data are available, refurbished material is unacceptable, and distributors must identify the OEM/CAGE/part number and meet traceability requirements. The item must be mercury-free for submarine/surface-ship use, marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, and produced under an inspection system meeting MIL-I-45208, with higher-level inspection/ISO 9001 and CMMC Level 1 (Self) requirements. Inspection and acceptance will be at source, and award will be made on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Any change to the production facility requires prior Contracting Officer approval and a $250 administrative price reduction. Contractors must submit invoices and receiving reports electronically through PIEE-WAWF/WAWF.
