The government seeks a fixed-price manufactured SWITCH,WAVEGUIDE (CAGE 09080, ref. LM90BPF7X104) under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, and drawings or technical data are not available. Offerors must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, configuration-control and quality/inspection requirements; refurbished material is unacceptable, and non-manufacturers must identify the OEM/CAGE and offered part number. Award is limited to authorized distributors of the OEM item, with proof required on company letterhead, and inspection/acceptance will be at source under DLA note E06. Electronic invoicing and receiving reports must go through PIEE/WAWF, and inspection records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Production-facility changes require Contracting Officer approval, with requests supported by a $250 administrative-cost price reduction.
