Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and comply with CMMC Level 1 self-assessment, mercury-free material, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Contract documents, invoices, and receiving reports are handled electronically through PIEE/WAWF, with inspection and acceptance at source under DLA note E06.
