Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered for award; quotes should include quantity price breaks. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis, with CMMC Level 1 (Self) cybersecurity requirements applicable. The item must be mercury-free for submarine/surface-ship use, marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, and inspected/accepted at source. Contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
