This is a DLA/NAVSUP Weapons Support procurement for manufacture of a POWER SUPPLY to CAGE 04801 reference 900-43560 / PL900-43540 REVB Item 14; drawings or technical data are not available. Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, distributors/dealers must provide proof of authorized-distributor status, and refurbished material is unacceptable. Award will be made on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, with inspection and acceptance at source, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and CMMC Level 1 self-certification requirements. Electronic invoicing/receiving reports must be submitted through PIEE-WAWF, and contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Any change in production facility requires Contracting Officer approval, compliance with specified conditions, and a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
