Offerors must be authorized distributors or identify the OEM CAGE code and part number; refurbished material is not acceptable, and drawings or technical data are unavailable. The contractor is responsible for inspection and quality compliance and must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, with electronic invoicing and receiving reports required through PIEE-WAWF.
