The government requires manufacture of two items—KIT,ACCESSORY BULKH (CAGE 0F1X1, ref. 5383865, built to approved ECP 46/ECP-K/21002A1) and CABLE ASSY AFTBODY (CAGE 0F1X1, ref. 6964562)—with marking and packaging per MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073. Award will be made under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria and Emergency Acquisition authority, with inspection and acceptance at source. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the OEM or identify the OEM CAGE code and part number if not the manufacturer; refurbished material is unacceptable, and drawings or technical data are not available. Contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery and use PIEE/WAWF for electronic invoicing and receiving reports; cybersecurity and supply-chain security clauses apply. Changes in production facility require Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
