Drawings or technical data are not available; offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer or provide the OEM CAGE code and part number, and refurbished material is not acceptable. Inspection and acceptance are at source under DLA Procurement Note E06, with marking per MIL-STD-130 Rev N and preservation, packaging, packing, and marking per MIL-STD-2073 as specified in the schedule. CMMC Level 1 (Self) requirements apply, and any resulting order requires electronic invoice and receiving report submission through PIEE-WAWF. Contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and production facility changes require written Contracting Officer approval plus a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
