Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, with required CMMC Level 1 self-assessment, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. DLA Procurement Note E06 applies, requiring inspection and acceptance at source, and production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval plus a $250 price-reduction request to cover administrative costs.
