The requirement is to manufacture the IMU-NT3 to the specified Cage Code/reference number (34NS0 AL-7203-IMU-NT3 DTS10095-01-002), with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria under emergency acquisition authority. Offerors must be authorized OEM distributors or identify the OEM CAGE/part number with required traceability; refurbished material is not acceptable. Inspection and acceptance at source apply, contractor inspection records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and invoices/receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE/WAWF. Any production facility change requires Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
