The government requires manufacture of CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY items conforming to CAGE 0KPC5 drawings C97150-1C/C97150-1, with MIL-STD-130 marking, IPC J-STD-001 Class 2 soldering, and 100% visual/dimensional/mechanical and electrical testing per the drawing. Higher-level inspection applies, including ISO 9001 quality requirements and inspection/acceptance at source under DLA procurement note E06. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, provide proof of authorized distributor status if applicable, and note that refurbished material is not acceptable. Contractors must use PIEE-WAWF for electronic invoice/receiving report submittal, may register for EDA to view orders, and must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
