Award will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Refurbished material is unacceptable, and non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and offered part number, with authorized-distributor proof required for award consideration. Inspection and acceptance are at source, and contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs, and any resulting order will require electronic invoicing and receiving through PIEE-WAWF.
