Offerors must submit pricing support such as an estimated informal cost breakdown, previous sales invoices, or other cost/price information to support price reasonableness, and a 60-day quote validity is requested. Inspection and acceptance are at source, the contractor is responsible for inspections, records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and packaging/marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-130.
