Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a proposed sole-source contract for 109 pump parts from the approved manufacturer, Crane Pumps & Systems. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses, with the specific type of set-aside to be defined in the solicitation. Delivery locations are DLA Distribution centers in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and Tracy, California. The Government does not own the technical data for this part and finds it uneconomical to obtain it, limiting the procurement. While a sole-source negotiation is intended, the Government will consider capability statements or proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication for a potential competitive procurement.
