This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a CONTROL, POWER SUPPLY item, with evaluation to be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Quotes are requested to be valid for at least 60 days. The performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and any approved facility change request must be supported by a price reduction of $250.00. Inspection of material and final acceptance will occur at contractor-specified CAGE code addresses. All resulting orders will require electronic submission of invoices and receiving reports through the PIEE-WAWF system.
