The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 for 150 EA of NSN 7H-4810-016044064-PP (TDP VER 008), with Honeywell International Inc. CAGE 59364 as the approved source. Delivery is to DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. The Government does not own the data or rights needed to purchase or contract repair from additional sources and has determined it uneconomical to buy the data or reverse engineer the part. Responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements; this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and whether to conduct a competitive procurement is at the Government’s discretion. Award requires the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet qualification requirements at time of award per FAR 52.209-1.
