This is a total small-business set-aside, fixed-price procurement for manufacture of a FAN,VENTILATING to CAGE 14579 reference 1-500456-00, with award based on lowest price technically acceptable criteria. Drawings or technical data are not available, so offerors must identify the OEM/CAGE and part number if not the manufacturer, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. The item must be marked per MIL-STD-130 and packaged per MIL-STD-2073, with inspection and acceptance at source and contractor inspection/compliance records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Invoicing and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE WAWF, and contractors are encouraged to register for EDA and provide contact information to NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg for notifications.
