Award will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered; non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and offered part number. The valve must be marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, be asbestos-free, meet inspection/quality requirements including DLA Procurement Note E06 inspection and acceptance at source, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Delivery is to be proposed in days ARO, quotes must remain valid 60 days, and invoices/receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE/WAWF. Production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval, cannot alter small-business/labor-surplus requirements, FOB point, or delivery/purchase description, and each approved request must include a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
