Non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered, with proof submitted on company letterhead. Inspection and acceptance will be at source, and preservation, packaging, packing, and marking must comply with the contract schedule and MIL-STD-2073. Delivery is required ARO (exact days left blank), inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and invoicing/receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE/WAWF.
